The 12Kw and 18Kw Activair systems are suited for both new builds and retro-fitting into well insulated buildings.  The 12Kw system is ideal for a small to medium size 3 bedroom house, the 18Kw is ideal for a larger 3 bedroom or a small 4 bedroom house.  Both of these systems work on single phase although we do have a three phase version of the 18Kw system available for commercial users.  No refrigerant work is involved in the installation of these systems as it is a self contained 'monoblock' system - Meaning any one with a knowledge of plumbing would be able to install this system, the lack of any gas connections removes any need for a qualified gas fitter or a refrigerant engineer, a full set of fitting instructions is included with the system to make it as easy as possible to DIY Install a heat pump system.

These systems are an ideal heat pump for homes, they run on single phase so the electrical installation is a simple job, they are designed so you can heat muti rooms from a single heat pump.
